In a ceremony held today at the Amuludun FM conference hall in Moniya, the Zonal Director of FRCN Ibadan, Mr. Dominic Mokikan, emphasized the critical role of teamwork in achieving organizational success. His remarks came during the official handover from outgoing General Manager Steve Agbaje to the newly appointed General Manager, Tolulope Onafowokan.
Dominic Mokikan praised Agbaje as a “goal-getter” and encouraged Onafowokan to embrace her role as a leader rather than merely a boss. He urged the staff of Amuludun FM to collaborate with Onafowokan to propel the station forward.
In his farewell address, Agbaje expressed heartfelt gratitude to God, the management, and the staff for their support throughout his tenure. He reflected on the achievements made during his time and offered prayers for the continued growth and success of Amuludun FM.
Onafowokan, in her inaugural speech, expressed her appreciation for the opportunity to lead the station. She assured attendees of her commitment to doing her utmost to advance the station’s mission and vision.
The event was concluded with the Zonal Director delivering an insightful talk on leadership, reinforcing the importance of unity and collaboration in fostering a productive work environment.
As Amuludun FM transitions to new leadership, the emphasis on teamwork and cooperation sets a positive tone for the future of the station.
