The members of staff of Paramount FM 94.5, Abeokuta have been enjoined to join hands with the new management to move the station forward.
While presenting the Head of station (Overseer), Mr. Oladapo Oyekanmi, to the staff during a brief training session on leadership, the Zonal Director, Ibadan Zone of Radio Nigeria, Mr Dominic Mokikan, encouraged the new Head of Station to be a true leader that is understanding and empathetic. He explained that empathy makes an individual a better human being, while emphasizing the crucial role of quality ‘fellowership’ in the success of an organization.
