Bells University holds 2nd hooding ceremony for Postgraduate students.

Vice Chancellor of the Bells University of Technology, Ota, Ogun State, Professor Jeremiah Ojediran has reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to the culture of academic excellence in producing well equipped graduates, capable of tackling global economic challenges.

The Vice Chancellor was Speaking at the 2nd hooding Ceremony of 220 students in the Doctoral Degree, Masters Degree and Post Graduate Diploma Studies of the university, as part of activities marking the 16th Convocation ceremony with the theme, “Science and Technology As Tools For National Security and Economic Development”

Professor Jeremiah Ojediran who described the celebration as a testament for academic achievement and the university’s resolve to make a positive impact on the society, urged the graduands to be agents of positive change by striving for excellence in their respective fields to ensure a better society.

Similarly, the Dean, College of Post-graduate Studies, Professor Olubukola Kuforiji commended the hard work, dedication, commitment, Perseverance and determination of the students which earned them the honour of being decorated with various post graduate degrees.

Professor Kuforiji implored them not to rest on their oars at expanding the frontiers of knowledge for the benefits of mankind.

The hooding ceremony represented a significant academic ritual to honour and recognize students who had completed their post graduate degrees, including Masters, Doctoral and Post Graduate Diploma Studies.
